The way people feel affects their interaction with others. This class is addressed to understand and recognize symptoms of change in mood and anxiety disorders. Participants will learn basics of effective intervention and will identify resources for informed care.
During the training participants will be aware of the impact that their mood has on other persons. Attendees learn different techniques to overcome depression and assess when to look for professional assistance. The class of three hours is conducted on scheduled events in our training facilities, institutions, or by agreement for employees in their workplace.
